Circle Supply is Hiring a Counter Sales Associate Near Frankfort, IN
Circle Supply Inc is a family owned and operated plumbing, HVAC and electrical supply company serving the areas around Frankfort and Rensselaer Indiana. We are an active and growing business. We are searching for a Counter Sales Associate for our Frankfort location. The Counter Sales Associate is responsible for waiting on and communicating with customers on a daily basis in our retail area. This is a full time position with hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with a 1 hour lunch, and a 4 hour rotating shift on Saturdays.
We are looking for an individual who is:
- Self motivated; able to work independently and as part of a team
- Willing to learn new things every day and be receptive to training
- Responsible
- Able to problem solve, think quickly and act quickly in a frequently fast paced environment
- Able to interact with the public
- Able to withstand long periods of walking and standing with customers through the warehouse or at the sales counter
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Familiar with computers
- Has plumbing, heating/cooling or electrical knowledge, but is NOT a requirement
- MUST have a valid Drivers License
Daily duties can include but are not limited to:
- Answering phones with a friendly voice
- Answer customer questions and ringing up transactions at the sales counter
- Research unknown items for customers to achieve sales
- Receive vendor orders and restock product as needed
- Maintain store appearance and merchandise standards
- Make deliveries to customers
- Be able to take and place customer orders over the phone or in person in a timely manner
